TUI, as Europe’s leading tour operator, provides hoteliers with access to high-performing sales channels such as:
- TUI.com as a prominent and high-performance travel portal in Germany & Austria with over 5 million visits/month
- myTUI App with 7.7 million accounts
- Germany’s largest travel agency network with over 8,000 travel agencies* – of which approximately 1,000 are TUI-owned or TUI franchise offices, plus around 700 mobile travel consultants (*in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and neighboring countries)
- Access to major OTAs like Check24, HolidayCheck, Invia, etc.
The Media Contribution is used for access, presentation, and marketing within these sales channels.
The Basic Fee is a base charge for connection to TUI’s sales channels. It includes:
- Access to all stationary and online sales systems (tui.com/tui.at, IRIS.plus, BISTRO …)
- Presentation of the hotel via TUI content systems
- Performance marketing to increase awareness and attract new customers

- B2C marketing including campaigns & promotional codes, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, social media, sweepstakes etc.
